Speaking & Education

Practical conversations about recovery, capacity and living well

Whole Life Rehab provides engaging, practical talks and educational sessions for organisations, healthcare teams, community groups, carers and professional audiences.

About the sessions

Rehabilitation-informed. Grounded in real experience.

Drawing on rehabilitation, physiotherapy, health coaching and real-world recovery experience, sessions explore what helps people restore health, rebuild capacity and live well following illness, injury, periods of significant stress or changes in health.

Sessions are designed to leave people with useful ideas they can understand and apply, rather than simply presenting information. The aim is always practical, human and grounded in what actually helps people recover and live well.

Talks can be adapted to suit the audience, setting and length of session.
