It is a comprehensive, structured pathway that addresses all aspects of recovery, including movement, sleep, nutrition, stress management, confidence and daily habits. Our other services, including Home Visit Physiotherapy, Elderly Physiotherapy, Care Home Physiotherapy, Health and Wellbeing Coaching, and Dementia Support, are specialist services that can be accessed independently for people with specific needs.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice at the end of each month to your next of kin's email address showing all sessions completed during that month. You, or whoever is responsible for payment, can pay the invoice by bank transfer or by debit or credit card using the secure payment link included within the invoice. All payment details and the payment reference are included with every invoice. Payment terms are seven days from the invoice date.

How quickly can I be seen?

We aim to arrange your assessment as quickly as possible at a time that is convenient for you, usually within two days. In many cases we can offer a same-day or next-day initial assessment.

Do you provide elderly physiotherapy at home?

Yes. Elderly physiotherapy is one of our specialist services. We provide expert home visit physiotherapy and rehabilitation for elderly people in their own homes across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. Our elderly physiotherapy service covers falls prevention, post-surgery rehabilitation, long-term condition management, post-hospital discharge recovery and more.

Do you provide physiotherapy in care homes?

Yes. We provide specialist care home physiotherapy and rehabilitation, visiting residential and nursing care homes directly. Our care home physiotherapy service includes individual resident assessments, mobility and rehabilitation programmes, falls prevention, post-hospital discharge support and staff education.

Can you accept referrals from GPs, NHS teams or social care?

Yes. We welcome referrals from GPs, NHS teams, private consultants, Age UK, social care teams, care home managers and families. Please contact us to discuss a referral and we will respond promptly.

Is elderly physiotherapy available as a home visit?

Yes. All of our elderly physiotherapy and rehabilitation is delivered as home visits, meaning elderly people receive expert care in the comfort and familiarity of their own home without the stress of travelling to a clinic.
